Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will be met at the airport by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.
 

Day 2: Kilimanjaro Day Hike
Today you’ll enjoy a scenic hike on the lower slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Starting from the Marangu Gate, the trail winds through tropical rainforest alive with monkeys, birds, and rich vegetation. You’ll hike up to Mandara Hut (2,700m) where you can rest, take in the views, and then descend back to the gate. A perfect introduction to Africa’s highest mountain.
 

Day 3: Tarangire National Park → Karatu
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, continue to Karatu, a beautiful highland town at the gateway to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
 

Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Set off early for Serengeti National Park, driving through the Ngorongoro Highlands with scenic views along the way. Upon entering the park, enjoy your first game drive across the vast plains, home to lions, leopards, giraffes, and thousands of grazing animals.
 

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti. Witness the incredible wildlife and sweeping savannahs that make this park one of the most celebrated safari destinations in the world. Depending on the season, you might also spot the Great Migration herds moving across the plains.
 

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive back toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater — one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. Enjoy game viewing on the crater floor where you can see lions, elephants, buffalo, and possibly the rare black rhino. Later, return to Karatu for the night.
 

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park
Today you’ll visit Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, large hippo pools, and flocks of flamingos. After a relaxing game drive, continue back to Arusha, where you can unwind and enjoy the evening.
 

Day 8: Materuni Waterfall 
Visit the beautiful Materuni Waterfall, located near Moshi on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Take a short hike through coffee farms and lush vegetation to reach the falls, where you can enjoy a swim and learn about traditional coffee making from the local Chagga community. Return to Arusha in the afternoon.
 

Day 9: Airport Transfer
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before being transferred to the airport for your onward flight. Your guide will ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to conclude your Tanzanian adventure.
