Day 1: Arrival - Welcome to Tanzania
Upon your arrival at the airport, a representative from Mpingo Adventures will be there to welcome and provide any necessary assistance. You will then be transferred in comfort to your hotel, where you may check in and settle into your accommodations.

The remainder of the day is at your leisure to relax after your journey. Enjoy the serene surroundings of your hotel, take advantage of its amenities, or simply rest and rejuvenate in preparation for the adventures ahead.

In the evening, a delightful dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant.

 

Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants
After a delicious breakfast, your guide will meet you for a short safari briefing before you set off on a scenic 2.5-hour drive to the incredible Tarangire National Park.

Known for its vast landscapes, iconic baobab trees, and enormous elephant herds, Tarangire is Tanzania’s sixth largest national park and a haven for wildlife. With over 250,000 animals migrating through the park during the dry season, this is the perfect introduction to the safari experience.

After an exciting day of wildlife spotting, you’ll leave the park and head to your lodge for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Nature’s Hidden Eden
Begin the day with an early breakfast before driving to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and offers an extraordinary ecosystem packed with wildlife, including lions, rhinos, and countless bird species. After an unforgettable game drive inside the crater, you’ll ascend back up and return to your accommodation to rest and recharge.
 

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park – A Bird Lover’s Paradise
After breakfast, you’ll head out to explore Lake Manyara National Park, known for its lush groundwater forests, diverse birdlife, and unique tree-climbing lions.

Though small in size, the park features seven distinct habitats, making it one of the most ecologically rich areas in Tanzania. After a memorable game drive, you’ll return to Arusha or continue on to the airport in time for your flight.

Experience three unforgettable days of nature, wildlife, and breathtaking scenery in the heart of Tanzania.

Day 5: Karatu – Arusha / Departure

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy the remaining hours of your stay at leisure until it is time for your transfer to the airport. A representative from Mpingo Adventures will meet you at the hotel and ensure that your journey to the airport is comfortable and timely. As your Tanzanian adventure comes to an end, we hope you leave with unforgettable memories and a desire to return.
