That’s why every Mpingo Adventures package is thoughtfully designed to cover all essential elements of your journey—from expert guidance and comfortable accommodations to immersive activities and seamless logistics. Below you’ll find a clear overview of what’s included in your adventure, and what is not, so you can plan with confidence and focus on enjoying every unforgettable moment in Tanzania.
What's Included in Our Safari and Activity Packages
At Mpingo Adventures, we strive to provide a comprehensive and unforgettable experience. Our packages typically include the following:

Park Fees: All entrance fees to national parks and conservation areas for non-residents.

Activities: All scheduled activities as per the itinerary, unless specified as optional.

Accommodation: Lodging in carefully selected accommodations, unless an upgrade is requested.

Professional Driver/Guide: Services of an experienced and knowledgeable driver/guide throughout your journey.

Transportation: All ground transportation in a private 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof for optimal wildlife viewing.

Meals: Meals as specified in the day-by-day itinerary.

Drinks: Drinks as specified in the day-by-day itinerary.

Taxes and VAT: All applicable taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT).

Airport Transfers: Roundtrip transfers between the airport and your accommodation.
What's Not Included
Please note that the following items are not included in our packages:

International Flights: Airfare to and from your home country.

Additional Accommodation: Any extra lodging before the start or after the end of the tour and upgrades.

Tips: Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff. It is recommended to tip your expert guide $15-20 per day per person. Hotel and staff $10 per day per room.

Personal Items: Expenses such as souvenirs, travel insurance, visa fees, and other personal purchases.

Optional Activities: Any activities not included in the itinerary, such as hot air balloon safaris, Maasai village visits, night game drives and any other activities and extra services.
Child Policy
At Mpingo Adventures, we warmly welcome families and are happy to accommodate guests of all ages. To help you plan your safari, please note our general child pricing policy, however, exact conditions may vary depending on the accommodation chosen:

Children under 5 years old usually stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.

Children aged 5–15 who share a room with their parents are generally eligible for a reduced rate compared to the adult price.

Children aged 16 and above staying in their own room typically pay 75% of the adult rate.
